Truffle hunt

The Sibillini Mountains area is rich with good-quality truffles – the white, the balck and the summer truffle (scorzone)… You can go looking for truffles with the dogs and an expert truffle hunter who will accompany you into the woods or in the “tartufiae” (where the inoculated trees produce truffles) and tell you the history of the dogs and of legendary truffles and maybe a few little secrets. During the cooking course you will receive advice from a cook on how to best appreciate the aroma and flavours of the truffles – the “diamonds” of our land. For those who would be interested, you can relax with a truffle massage.
